These Terms encompass your use of this website and our service centre based at 3 Lodge Lane, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS11 6AS
All references to "us" "we" and "our" refer to the company "iCellphones"

By using our services you agree to be bound by the following conditions, any physical damage to any parts we fit will invalidate any warranties you have with us. In the unlikely event that you have an issues with any of our repair work, part or accessory, please return the item back to our store as soon as possible. If the fault falls under our 3 months warranty programme we will be happy to repair or replace all necessary parts. If any unauthorized personal other than ourselves have tampered with our repair or parts this will be detrimental in voiding your warranty with us. If you do not accept these terms please do not use our services.

With the iPhone, Apple will invalidate any warranty you have with them if your device is repaired by anyone other than them, we are not responsible for any loss of warranty you have with any third party. If you brought your device to us for a broken screen your warranty with Apple is already invalid, any corrective work we carry out on your device is irrelevant with regards to Apples warranty.

Apple is known for using any minor infraction to invalidate your warranty, we are not responsible for any discussions/loss of warranty issues you experience with Apple.
We are not responsible for any loss of data, or claimed loss of data you may experience with your equipment, it may be worth nothing that during the entire duration our service have been operational we have not experienced a single incident of data loss, our technicians are by now highly experiences, any accidental damage to your device is highly unlikely. In the rare case where this may happen we cannot be held responsible for any loss of data or financial damages arising from said loss of data. You should always keep a backup of any data on your device.

Concerning devices of a larger size such as Gaming Consoles, Computers, iMacs, laptops and MacBooks that are booked in will incur a diagnostic fee of £25. This cost is only applicable if you, the customer, decide not to go ahead with the repair. This cost is to cover our technicians' time that can quickly add up, however this fee remains fixed for our customers.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time by amending this page. Updated terms will supersede all previous versions of the Terms. Please check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we have made, as they are binding on you. Those changes will go into effect on the "Last revised" date shown in the Terms. By continuing to access or use the Site, you agree to the revised Terms.

Our water damage repair service does not come with any warranty, this is due to the unpredictable nature of water damage, our charges are for the cleaning and checking process only, our standard 90 day warranty excludes water damage.
